This issue may occur on all systems with Windows 7 or 8. Use the following steps for a Workaround:
- Right-click on the ScreenBeam icon from the Windows system tray menu
- Select Preferences.
- Select the Display Content option from the drop-down menu to "Presentation/Slideshow"
- Select OK. (Note: This option could affect the video quality.)
