Netflix and Hulu metro app has DRM (digital rights management) restrictions on Miracast.
Try having them use the browser instead.
Does it have the same problem? (be advised that some customers will not have the option to connect via a browser)
The issue is not with the ScreenBeam, if all other methods of streaming function properly and/or the customer does not have an option to connect to Netflix/Hula via a browser.
