When the ScreenBeam NIC shows as a yellow splat in the device manager follows these steps to resolve the issue:
- Uninstall ScreenBeam software and USB adapter.
- Disable the wireless network adapter.
- Reboot the computer then re-install the ScreenBeam software and adapter.
Once the ScreenBeam USB adapter is installed and displayed on the monitor you can then re-enable the Wireless NIC again.
