If you are experiencing performance/throughput issues with connection to your Fios Network Adapter, the following should be checked:
- Run speeds test of incoming broadband service (router or modem) to assure that broadband service is healthy.
- Check for faulty/outdated coaxial splitters and connections within your coaxial network that may be restricting speeds.
- Check that other devices connected to your coaxial network are not hoarding available bandwidth.
