Why there is no support for WCB3000N's purchased from vendors on Amazon?

The WCB3000N's were discontinued.

Most WCB3000N Units being sold on Amazon are ISP-specific units being sold by unauthorized resellers. Normally all support on these devices would be provided by the ISP they are programmed to work with (ie., Time Warner, Brighthouse, etc.). It is very likely these units will not work properly except for the ISP networks they were programmed for.

Actiontec does NOT provide support on ISP-specific products.

NOTE: If you purchased any WCB3000N units from Amazon and the Serial Numbers do NOT start with "CWIA", we recommend you return these to the seller for a refund.

Actiontec and Amazon cannot prevent 3rd party sellers from selling these devices.
