- Verify ScreenBeam receiver is ON and connected to the Projector/TV.
- Verify the ScreenBeam Ready to Connect is shown on the Projector/TV.
- If your ScreenBeam receiver name is not shown in the Project list:
- Slide the Charms menu in from the right-hand side of the screen and select Devices, then select Project.
- Select "Add a wireless display". Windows will search for available receivers and display any detected receivers in the “Searching for devices” list.
- Find the receiver name that matches the name shown on your Projector/TV and select it to connect
If ScreenBeam receiver still does not show up on the Project list:
- Turn on Airplane Mode on the laptop/tablet for 10 seconds and then turn it off.
- Repeat the connection process from step 3-1.
If ScreenBeam receiver still does not show up on the Project list
- Restart Windows
- Repeat the connection process from step 3-1.
If the problem persists, contact your IT Administrator for further support
