Make sure the Projector/TV is turned on, and that the correct input is selected on the Projector/TV.
If you are using the HDMI-to-VGA adapter, verify the HDMI connector is securely connected to ScreenBeam receiver and the VGA cable is securely connected to the VGA adapter.
If the screen is black upon a successful connection and/or only a mouse cursor is shown, the wireless display component drivers on the laptop/tablet may be corrupted or outdated. Contact your IT Administrator for further support.
