This issue may occur on Windows 7 systems when using Windows Media Player to play video. Select different media player software or follow the workaround instruction if you wish to continue using Windows Media Player.
Use the following steps as a Workaround:
- Disconnect the current ScreenBeam connection
- On your Windows desktop, right-click on the desktop
- Select "Personalize" from the drop down menu.
- Select a theme from Aero Themes.
